European Accessibility Act - in force since 28 June 2025

EAA-aligned scanning for EU websites,
without the overlay nonsense.

EAAGuard scans your site weekly with axe-core through a real Chromium browser, surfaces WCAG 2.1/2.2 issues using the same engine used by Microsoft, Google and Deque, and connects you with vetted human auditors for the issues automation cannot catch.

Honest disclaimer up front: automated scanning detects roughly 30-40% of WCAG issues. The rest needs a person. That is why the marketplace is built into the product, not bolted on.

How it works

  1. Add your site. Paste the URL. We crawl a configurable number of pages per scan (5 on Free, 20 on Starter, 75 on Pro, 250 on Business, up to 1000 on Enterprise).
  2. Headless Chromium + axe-core. We render your pages exactly the way a real browser does, then run the 96 WCAG rules axe-core ships.
  3. Read the report. Critical/Serious/Moderate/Minor breakdown, auto-scan health trend over time, per-page violation list with code snippets and the rule that fired.
  4. Need a human pass? Open a marketplace request. A vetted auditor quotes the work, delivers a report, you pay through Paddle. We take 20%; everything else goes to the auditor.

The marketplace is part of the product

Overlay widgets that promise "one-click EAA compliance" do not pass legal review and have been challenged in court. EAAGuard does not sell that promise.

Instead we ship the marketplace alongside the scanner from day one. Pro includes one quick human review per year; Business includes one standard audit. You can always open additional requests at marketplace rates.

  1. You open a request

Pick audit type (quick / standard / full), point at one of your sites, set a budget cap and a deadline.

  2. We shortlist auditors

Auto-matcher scores by language, country, specialty and current load. Top 3-5 get a single-use bid link by email.

  3. Auditors quote

Each auditor submits a price and an estimated turnaround. You see all bids side by side with the auditor rating and review history.

  4. Report delivered, you pay

Paddle invoice splits the amount: 80% to the auditor, 20% platform fee. You can rate and review afterwards.

Are you a certified accessibility auditor in an EU country? We are actively building the marketplace seed - drop your details in the waitlist below with "Accessibility auditor" selected and we will reach out.
