EAAGuard Refund Policy

1. Overview
If you are not satisfied with EAAGuard, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. The details below mirror what Paddle, our Merchant of Record, sees on its end.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. To request a refund, contact us through the contact form with your account email and a brief reason.
3. Refund eligibility
- First-time purchases only. The 14-day guarantee applies to your first subscription payment. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for this guarantee.
- Plan upgrades. If you upgrade and are not satisfied, you may request a refund for the prorated upgrade amount within 14 days of the upgrade.
- Plan downgrades. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining time on the higher plan; you retain access until the period ends.
- Marketplace audit work. Marketplace requests that have already been accepted by an auditor and are in progress are non-refundable - the auditor has reserved time. If a delivered audit does not meet the agreed scope, raise a dispute through the contact form within 14 days of delivery and we will mediate with the auditor.
4. Non-refundable items
- Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day window.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Marketplace platform fees on bids the client accepted.
5. How refunds are processed
All payments are processed through Paddle. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Once a refund is processed, your account is downgraded to the Free plan. Your data is preserved; paid-only features become inaccessible.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again.
- After the period ends, your account is downgraded to the Free plan.
- Your data (sites, scans, statements, marketplace history) is preserved - you can upgrade again anytime.
7. Disputes
If you have a billing dispute, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks force us to spend reviewer time on Paddle's side; resolving the issue with us directly is faster and keeps your account in good standing.
